What Actually Makes a Deal Room Work

Matched meetings only create value when the matching is honest about mandate, stage and cheque size. Here is how the summit structures it.

The failure mode of most event networking is volume without fit: forty conversations, none of which map to an actual mandate. The Deal Room is built to invert that ratio.

How matching works

Investors declare sector focus, stage, geography and cheque range. Founders declare stage, raise size, traction and sector. Matches are scored on overlap, and both sides confirm before a slot is issued — no one is placed in a meeting they did not accept.

What to bring

A one-page summary, the current metric set, and a clear statement of what you want out of the meeting. Twenty-five minutes is enough for a real conversation only if the first five are not spent on orientation.
