EM Summit NYC 2026 is an independently organized event. Full legal organizer details — registered entity, registration number, registered address and responsible executive — are published on this page as soon as they are verified. Until then, no entity name should be relied upon for contractual purposes. Written confirmation of the contracting entity is provided before any sponsorship, exhibition or speaking agreement is signed.
Use of this website
This website is provided for information about EM Summit NYC 2026. Content, programme, speakers, venue and pricing are subject to change while the event is being finalized. Items that are not yet contractually confirmed are labelled with their status on the page where they appear.
Registration and admission
Registration is application-based. Submitting a registration does not create a right of admission. The organizer reviews each application and may approve, waitlist or decline it, including for capacity, eligibility or programme-balance reasons.
Admission requires a valid badge issued to the named individual. Badges are personal and non-transferable unless the organizer agrees in writing.
Tickets, pricing and payment
Ticket prices, tiers and inclusions are shown on the passes page and are subject to change until a purchase is completed. Where payment processing is not yet active, listings are expressions of interest only and no contract of sale is formed.
Programme changes
The organizer may change the programme, speakers, session times, format or venue where reasonably necessary. Substitution of a speaker or session is not grounds for refund on its own; see the refund and cancellation policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost opportunity, arising from attendance at or cancellation of the event, or from reliance on content published on this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. The governing-law clause is finalized in the written agreement issued with any sponsorship, exhibition or speaking arrangement.
