Delegate cancellation
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the organizer. Refunds are calculated from the date the written request is received:
- More than 60 days before the first event day: refund of the amount paid, less a processing fee.
- 31 to 60 days before: 50% refund.
- 30 days or fewer before, or non-attendance: no refund.
Name changes
A pass may be transferred to a colleague at the same organization at no charge up to 7 days before the event, subject to the replacement delegate meeting the eligibility criteria for that pass type.
Organizer cancellation or postponement
If the organizer cancels the event, delegates receive a full refund of amounts paid for passes. If the event is postponed, passes are transferred to the new dates; delegates who cannot attend may request a refund within 30 days of the new dates being announced.
The organizer is not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by delegates.
Programme and venue changes
Changes to speakers, sessions, format or venue do not by themselves create a right to a refund, provided the event proceeds on the published dates.
Sponsorship and exhibition
Sponsorship and exhibition cancellations are governed by the signed agreement between the parties, which takes precedence over this page.
