Filming and photography
Photography and video recording take place in public areas and in open sessions. By entering those areas you consent to being captured incidentally and to that material being used by the organizer for reporting, editorial and promotional purposes across the website, social channels and printed materials.
Closed sessions
Invitation-only sessions, private meetings and the investor dinner are not recorded for publication unless every participant has agreed in advance in writing.
Speakers
Speakers grant permission for their session to be recorded and distributed unless a written restriction is agreed before the event. Speaker headshots and biographies are published only from sources the individual or their organization has approved.
Opting out
To opt out, tell the registration desk on arrival — you will be given a marker to wear — or email info@emsummitny.com before the event. To request removal of an already-published image, email us with a description or link and we will remove it where the material is under our control.
Accredited media
Accredited press must display media credentials while recording, must not interrupt sessions, and must obtain individual consent before publishing close-up footage or interviews.
