EM Summit NYC is a professional environment. Everyone present is entitled to participate free from harassment, intimidation or discrimination on any basis, including nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or appearance.
Expected behaviour
- Treat other participants, staff and venue employees with respect.
- Respect the confidentiality of closed-door and invitation-only sessions.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, organization, mandate or authority.
- Follow venue safety instructions and the instructions of event staff.
Unacceptable behaviour
- Harassment, bullying, sustained disruption of sessions, or unwelcome physical contact.
- Aggressive solicitation, unapproved distribution of materials, or badge sharing.
- Recording closed sessions or private meetings without consent.
- Any conduct that is unlawful or endangers others.
Reporting and enforcement
Report a concern to any staff member on site or email info@emsummitny.com. Reports are handled discreetly and, where possible, confidentially.
The organizer may issue a warning, remove a delegate from a session, revoke a badge without refund, or decline future registrations. Serious matters are referred to venue security or law enforcement.
EM Summit NYC 2026 is an independently organized private event. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with the United Nations or any of its agencies, or with any government, multilateral institution, hotel brand or university named on this website.
