This site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage items. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
- Authentication: a session token that keeps you signed in to your delegate account.
- Preferences: local storage for your saved sessions, agenda filters and interface settings.
- Offline check-in: a cached badge manifest stored locally on staff devices during the event.
Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking the authentication cookie will sign you out and prevent access to registration, tickets and meetings.

Embedded map and video content may set cookies from the provider when loaded. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, this page and a consent notice will be updated before they are used.
